  • 4 sold homes $1,225,000 - $912,000

For the last 30 days, we have had 16.50 months of inventory (MOI). There are 9 homes under contract. When those homes are sold that will help bring the MOI down. It is definitely a buyers market in the Timbers. Sold homes had a median time on market of 19 days and active homes averaged 63 days on market. It is also important to note that our median sales price went down from $1,264,000 to $1,086,500.

Denver Report

Denver's market has had an increase in new listings of 24.5% from June of 2018. The median sold price has gone up 2.4%. Average Days on market is up from June 2018 from 19 to 23. The average sold price is also up from $489,000 June 2018 to $501,550 this year. All in all Denver Metro is chugging along!
